Please note that we ensure privacy and confidentiality for every applicant THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring an Oral Health Therapist with a state-of-the-art practice and one of the top clinics in Ballarat. This is a great opportunity for a driven and skilled Oral Health Therapist who wants to hone their craft and continue to grow their experience in a variety of areas, whether it is checkups and cleans, examinations, fillings, whitening, All-on-4 maintenance or Invisalign/clear aligners and orthodontics. You'll work in a patient-centric and supportive environment at a practice known for its high standards and for performing comprehensive and transformative dentistry. Dental hygiene and therapy has been an essential part of the practice culture for a while now, as such, the OHT's are regarded as vital clinical partners to the Dentists. This is a premium, high-end clinic with a long and loyal patient base and is run by a genuine and easy-going Principal Dentist who prioritises patient experience and provides a comfortable environment for the team. There is access to mentorship and guidance in addition to working with a team of friendly and high-performing Dentists. This is an opportunity for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days and ideally you live close to, or in Ballarat. ABOUT YOU You are a forward-thinking, patient-centric OHT who wants to add a lot of value to the community and partner up with the Dentists to play a pivotal role in patient oral health care. You're caring, professional and social and you're a great communicator. Building rapport and long-term relationships with patients is second nature to you. You prioritise patient education and providing quality care. You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers. You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable. You have AHPRA registration without conditions. You hold current professional indemnity insurance. You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things. Does this sound like you?
