This is a great opportunity for a driven and skilled Oral Health Therapist who wants to hone their craft and continue to grow their experience in a variety of areas, whether it is checkups and cleans, examinations, fillings, whitening, All-on-4 maintenance or Invisalign/clear aligners and orthodontics.You'll work in a patient-centric and supportive environment at a practice known for its high standards and for performing comprehensive and transformative dentistry. Dental hygiene and therapy has been an essential part of the practice culture for a while now, as such, the OHT's are regarded as vital clinical partners to the Dentists.This is a premium, high-end clinic with a long and loyal patient base and is run by a genuine and easy-going Principal Dentist who prioritises patient experience and provides a comfortable environment for the team. There is access to mentorship and guidance in addition to working with a team of friendly and high-performing Dentists. This is an opportunity for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days and ideally you live close to, or in Ballarat.ABOUT YOUYou are a forward-thinking, patient-centric OHT who wants to add a lot of value to the community and partner up with the Dentists to play a pivotal role in patient oral health care.You're caring, professional and social and you're a great communicator.
