Job Description

Lead and manage the Oracle team effectively.
Oversee Oracle system implementations and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle-based issues.
Maintain a robust and secure Oracle environment.
Collaborate with other technology teams for cross-functional projects.
Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting within the Technology department.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle developments and trends in Technology & Telecoms.
The Successful Applicant

Proven leadership abilities in managing a team.
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle systems and software.
A degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Computer Science.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to Oracle systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and other departments.
A passion for technology and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
