We have been engaged by a well-known business in Sydney to assist in securing a People & Culture Analyst to help them through a project over the next 9-12 months.
The three key areas of this role are: Manages the central system related P&C processes (30%) - You will manage the delivery of key central P&C processes through MyPlace and coordinate the efforts across the P&C team so that operating rhythms and high-quality People outcomes are assured.Superuser and SME for P&C systems / Sys Admin (40%) - As the Systems expert, the P&C Analyst will focus on streamlining processes and automating where possible to improve efficiencies.Reporting (30%) - The goal is to anticipate and produce accurate and insightful management information that underpins better strategic and commercial decisions.If you have previously worked on an Oracle HCM to Workday project, this would be very beneficial; Oracle Fusion experience on HCM is very much preferred.
Experience that we are ideally looking for: Ideally 5+ years of system analyst experience; highly desirable - Previous experience working with Oracle HCM.Exposure to P&C / HR practices (MUST).Relationship management and influencing skills.Strong service orientation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Advanced Excel skills.Passionate and engaging interpersonal style.Self-directed and motivated to achieve outcomes.Team player and collaborative.Strong planning and organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively, and ensure completion of tasks.If you have previous Oracle Fusion HCM project experience and are looking for a new challenge, get in touch.
