The ideal candidate will be expected to lead on the creation of a Service Design Pack for our client's existing Oracle Fusion instance, working closely with other team members and SMEs within the business.
The team is responsible for maintaining Oracle Fusion and experience in working with that solution would be preferable.

In this role you will:
Create the Service Design Pack for the Oracle Fusion SystemWork closely with business colleagues to capture responsibilities and SLAs.Identify gaps in documentation.Applicants should have a proven track record of identifying customer and technical requirements, to ensure the successful ongoing delivery of the system.

You will have a solid understanding of service design including (but not limited to) the following:
