Minutes to Seconds is looking for an Oracle Finance Cloud Analyst in a full-time role in Melbourne.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:System Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Finance Cloud modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams to map business requirements to Oracle Finance Cloud functionalities.Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical and functional issues.Business Process Optimization: Analyze and improve finance business processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud solutions.Identify opportunities for automation and recommend best practices for financial reporting and compliance.User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training for finance teams and other stakeholders.Create and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.Customization & Integration: Work with technical teams to design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and financial analytics.Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Finance Cloud and other ERP systems or third-party applications.Compliance & Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Assist in audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.Oracle Finance Cloud certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (Cloud/ERP).Proven track record of leading finance system implementations.Strong understanding of finance processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.).Skills: Expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).Proficient in SQL, OTBI, FRS, and other Oracle Cloud reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in integrating Oracle Finance Cloud with other cloud or on-premises ERP systems.Familiarity with financial regulations and audit requirements.Project management experience with agile or waterfall methodologies.The client would prefer someone who has experience in retail or supply chain and is open to a permanent position.
