Oracle Erp Cloud Consultant

We have been engaged by an established client of ours to assist in sourcing an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Consultant.You will be joining a growing yet established practice that has seen an increase in business over the last 12 months and we're at the point where we need to bring Oracle Cloud Consultants to focus on certain areas.Role responsibilities:Design and document business processes at a detailed level.Lead a team of people to complete projects.Identify gaps between current and desired business operations.Support gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices, and competition.Develop standards and procedures for project work.Review program designs to ensure they meet client needs.Build relationships with client management.Understand and communicate goals and critical success factors for the project; sell ideas persuasively and pace the communications properly.Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.About you:3-4 years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience, hands-on experience.Experienced in configuring and managing the Oracle Cloud ERP system.Experience in business analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment.2 years of relevant experience in a particular business or industry specialty area included.Ability to devise creative business solutions.Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.If you are an Oracle Cloud professional with a background in Oracle Financials - particularly (Fixed Assets & Accounts Payable) - get in touch for a confidential chat.PLEASE NOTE: All applicants MUST be either an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.Location: Level 7, 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000
