Your new role As an Oracle Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing Oracle-based software solutions to meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include: Provide expertise in writing functions, procedures, and packages. Review, analyse, and test code written by others for database performance reasons. Contribute to larger projects using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms. Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, interfaces, reports, and forms using standard tools such as Oracle Forms, Report Builder, Oracle Application Framework, and BI Publisher. Optimise SQL queries for maximum efficiency. Actively participate in quality-driven development. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you should possess: A proven track record in software development, specifically with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by example. Familiarity with SQL tuning techniques, UNIX, and Salesforce API limits. Strong analytical abilities and a knack for solving complex challenges.
