About the Role: SoftLabs is seeking Oracle Developer forICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT.
Database Development and Maintenance:Develop and maintain robust database systems, including schema design, storedprocedures, queries, and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval. Ensurehigh performance, security, and scalability of database systems. Data Integration and ETL Processes: UtilizeOracle Data Integrator (ODI) to design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform,Load) processes that integrate data from various sources into a cohesive andefficient architecture. Optimize data flows to improve performance andreliability. Data Modelling Solid understanding of datamodelling concepts and experience designing and implementing relational anddimensional data models. Business Intelligence and Reporting:Support the development of reporting and analytics solutions using OracleBusiness Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Collaborate with stakeholdersto understand their data needs and deliver insightful, actionable reports. Problem-Solving Strong problem-solvingskills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Must be able toprovide efficient and scalable solutions to meet business needs. Communication Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Federal Government ICT Cloud Data Management: Leverage cloudtechnologies for data storage, processing, and analytics. Experience withOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Azure is desirable. Implement andmaintain cloud-based data solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, andcost-effective. Collaboration and Support: Work closelywith the Solutions Architect and other team members to support the developmentand implementation of database routines and data strategies. Provide technicalexpertise and recommendations to improve program outcomes.
