Oracle Cloud Developer

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cloud solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oracle Cloud Deployment & Configuration: Design, implement, and manage Oracle Cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, and networking services.

· Cloud Migration: Assist in migrating on-premises applications and databases to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with minimal downtime.

· Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources for cost-efficiency.

· Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

· Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and maintain backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and ensure high availability of critical applications and data.

· Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, document configurations, procedures, and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.

· Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

· Minimum of [X] years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

· Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate) is highly desirable.

· Proficient in Oracle Cloud services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, and Identity & Access Management.

· Strong understanding of cloud security principles, compliance requirements, and best practices.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Oracle Cloud Platform Services such as Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.

· Knowledge of automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

· Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
