We are seeking experienced and driven Sales / BDM professionals in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth with the following:   Experience selling IT Professional Services in Oracle 10+ years in a sales role Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets Ability to bring in new logos through BDM activities   You will be a key member of the Enterprise Solutions team.
This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities in line with NRI's key growth capability areas to achieve profitable growth.
The incumbent is responsible for building business, engaging customers and developing proposals and negotiations for business deals, acting as a trusted advisor for clients and providing input on strategic planning to drive revenue.
The role will be focused on building and growing all solutions sales and will have extensive knowledge of the technology solutions in Oracle.
Achieve set sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and prioritise markets/opportunities to achieve growth targets   Implement region/location-specific strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets and deliver outcomes consistent with agreed forecasts.
Work collaboratively with NRI Account Directors to extend value into the incumbent client base.
Assist with creating and driving sales opportunities, including conducting client presentations and workshops describing NRI's Enterprise Solutions portfolio.
Have broad experience in Consultative Solution Selling.
Direct pre-sales support as part of bids, tenders, and sales discussions, including assisting with proposal development, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure solutions are compelling, effective, and deliverable.
Collaborate with Delivery teams and the National Capability Manager to define successful engagements.
Participate in leadership activities as a member of the NRI Leadership team and support key engagement initiatives.
Experience in Cloud-based platform solutions.
Experience in migration pathways to Cloud.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM, and Oracle Cloud CX solutions.
Familiarity with Oracle Industry Solutions and Oracle Unified Method (OUM).
Knowledge of recent Oracle CloudWorld announcements and directional statements.
Desired Experience: Strong technology and sales background.
Proven sales ability, including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Oracle solution offerings.
Expert sales and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to engage with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
Strategic management, business, accounting, and reporting capabilities.
Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities with the capacity to negotiate complex sales.
