Our Client is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to oversee financial operations, provide strategic insights, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Reporting to the National Manager, you'll manage an accounts officer and play a key role in process optimization, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage financial operations, including BAS, FBT, and tax compliance.Prepare management accounts and assist external accountants with statutory accounts and tax returns.Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Deliver KPI and financial reporting with detailed cost and revenue analysis.Oversee cash flow forecasting, fixed assets, and reconciliations.Support acquisition due diligence and onboarding of new businesses.You will have over four years of experience in senior accounting roles, ideally within the automotive or leasing industries. A CPA or CA qualification is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in tax compliance, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Your ability to collaborate effectively with executive teams, coupled with strong communication skills, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
