We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Engagement Manager to oversee key accounts in Victoria, fostering strong relationships and driving sales performance.
The essence of this role is to manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the Foodservice sector, from independent operators through to larger major accounts. You will identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Collaboration with marketing and product development teams will be essential to tailor offerings that meet customer needs and preferences. Regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights will be prepared for senior management to keep them informed of progress and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge in the baking industry, enabling you to engage in informed conversations with the bakers. Additionally, you will have multiple years of experience in account management or sales within the FMCG industry, along with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
