About the Role This is a versatile full-time position combining optical dispensing and reception duties:
Full-time hours with regular weekday schedule non-negotiable Rotating Thursday nights (7pm) and Saturday mornings (8:15-11:30am) Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Practice Management Software is essential for success in this role As an Optical Dispenser & Receptionist, You Will: In this dual role, you'll be the face of our practice and a crucial part of our eyecare team:
Perform reception duties, including managing appointments and phone calls Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter Interpret optical prescriptions Offer fashion and optical advice to patients Repair and adjust spectacle frames Dispense optical orders Assist with overall patient care and pre-testing The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking a versatile, career-driven individual with excellent customer service skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for reception duties Passion for eyecare and a flair for fashion Desire to help others and strive to over-deliver Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Personable, organised, and punctual nature Optical experience highly desired, however backgrounds in medical reception roles will be considered Why Join Us?
