Position: Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant Are you passionate about healthcare and providing high-quality customer service? Nazarian Optometrists seeks friendly and motivated Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant to join our thriving practice. Located in Blacktown, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional eye care services with a personal touch.
Responsibilities :- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and retail areas- Assist patients with frame selection- Handle inquiries over the phone and in person with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements :- Reception experience in a retail and/or dispensing experience at an Optical practice preferable (not essential; training will be provided).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency with basic computer software and ability to learn new systems- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service
