About the Role Based in Gladstone QLD, the role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.
The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space. Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication Why work with us?
