About the Role
Based in Townsville QLD , this role will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space.
Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
The key responsibility areas focus on maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed residential valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication What we offer
