Opsgenie Administrator

We are currently seeking an OpsGenie Administrator.You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the OpsGenie incident management platform.Requirements Prior experience as an OpsGenie Administrator or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of OpsGenie administration, including user management, on-call rotations, and integrations.Experience in configuring and customizing OpsGenie workflows and escalation policies.Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to incident management and alerting.Knowledge of ITIL incident management processes and best practices.Experience with integrations between OpsGenie and other monitoring tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Any relevant certifications in OpsGenie administration would be a plus.Benefits
