The Speech Pathology Assistant supports the Student Support Services Speech Pathology team in the delivery of services to children and students with a diverse range of speech, language and/or communication needs, and their education support staff and families.The Speech Pathology Assistant, under the direction and supervision of a Speech Pathologist, delivers a range of screening and interventions in preschools and schools.
Duties pertaining to the role are clearly and specifically directed by the speech pathologist with clearly demarcated work instructions.This role is strongly suited to individuals currently engaged in a Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree or those who are eligible to enrol.
This role will provide you with on-the-job experience that will complement your university learning, and access to paid leave will support your on-Campus study time.
