About the role
We're on the search for a savvy and dynamic Marketing and Communications Coordinator champion.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing and communication activities to support brand and PR campaigns for Bapcor Trade brands - Burson Auto Parts and Precision Equipment. You will work closely with support office team, operations team, store managers, sales reps and suppliers to deliver brand objectives ensuring high quality creative and consistent messaging to internal and external audiences. This role will be reporting to the Bapcor Trade - Group Marketing & Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Creating and optimizing digital media, including social media and community engagements. Assist in content creation including digital and print assets. Website uploads and updates. Develop copy for internal and external communication. Lead, create and execute effective email campaigns that engage the audience and drive measurable outcomes. Your emails will be both creative and data-driven, with the goal of capturing attention and driving action. Manage marketing calendar maintenance. Assist in monthly marketing reporting. Managing merchandise stock and creating new merchandise solutions. Participating and assist with internal and external event management. Develop and manage local and major sponsorship opportunities and activities. About You:
3+ years' experience in a similar marketing / communications role. Good communications skills, ability to switch from detail to high level activity. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Build, implement and manage projects end to end. Has the ability to self-direct, self-motivate, able to set goals and work with tight deadlines. What's in it for you?
