About Us Our Access Aged Care team provides co-managed primary care services to residents in Aged Care facilities across Australia.
We are driven by our mission to enhance the quality of life for elderly residents through superior telehealth services.
The Role We are seeking dedicated geriatricians to offer telehealth services in nursing homes.
This role involves committing to a minimum of 3+ hours per week, offering you the flexibility you need.
Much like a hospital ward round, this virtual role includes writing progress notes and managing acute issues during your rounds.
We handle all scheduling and service management, and provide full support, including a dedicated nurse at the patient end.
