About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and confident individual to join our team in the new year as an Operator Trainer. In this role you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs focused on Liebherr's mining plant and equipment. You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated Training team and provide essential support to both internal and external customers. Skills and Duties:To be successful in this role, you will:
Design, deliver, assess and evaluate operator training programs to meet internal and external customer requirements and improve operator knowledge, skills and capability.Participate in training audits and assessments.Have a strong commitment to a safe work environment and continuous improvement.Actively pursue external training opportunities and generate revenue.Provide reports for each assignment using Liebherr templates for customers.Experience operating/training Liebherr mining equipment is highly desirable.Essential Requirements:This position will require you to have:
TAE40116 or TAE40120 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.5+ years of relevant experience in the mining industry.Operational and training experience on 100t to 600t excavators.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers.Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
