About the role
The Tandy Group is hiring an experienced Operator / Supervisor for our lime site, located at Lotus Creek, 130 km from Mackay. This position, working directly under the guidance of a Site Senior Executive (SSE), involves overseeing daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met. Onsite accommodation is provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain lime production equipment Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to meet production targets Enforce safety and environmental compliance standards Conduct quality control checks and routine equipment maintenance Work closely with the SSE for scheduling and reporting Qualifications:
