About the roleARC is looking for a new team member to join our Wollongong branch as an Operator where you will be operating machinery to shape & cut reinforcing bar.
You'll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 2:00 PM - 9:36 PM (15% shift loading applies).
As a key member of the team you will:
Operate machinery to shape and cut reinforcing bar and mesh.Operate a forklift and overhead crane.Accurately pick and pack orders.Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers.Promote and contribute to a safe workplace.To be successful in this role you will value collaborative working environments and promote a safety-first culture. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires attention to detail and time management skills to meet KPIs.
