About the role ARC are seeking a motivated individual to join our Glendenning branch in an Operator role.
As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to join a small, high performing team to achieve KPIs and drive a safety-first culture while gaining experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication and distribution.
This will be an afternoon shift, Monday to Friday - 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
Your key duties will include: Operating bending and cutting machinery for bar, steel, and mesh products Overhead crane operation to load & unload trucks Forklift operation Championing safety procedures to the highest standard Involvement in process improvement initiatives To be successful in this role you will value collaborative working environments, promote a safety-first culture, and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that will require attention to detail and time management skills.
