The OpportunityVeolia Environmental Services is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mobile Plant Operator to undertake plant operation tasks. This is a permanent full time role based at our Shoal Bay Landfill. What's on offer Permanent full time position Overtime and penalty rates available Career progression Impact and assist with ecological transformation Secure and developing industry within essential services What you'll be responsible for Safe and effective use and maintenance of plant and machinery on all tasks; Compacting waste at the landfill tip face; Segregating and shredding waste streams to maximise diversion from landfill and reduce consumption of available airspace; Operating water and hook lift trucks; Constructing and maintaining internal roads and stormwater drains; Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders; Ensuring all tasks are carried out in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.
