You Have: 3+ years of experience with instructional delivery, assessment methodologies, and curriculum development or managementExperience with responding to dynamic customer requirementsAbility to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectivelyTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with Signals Intelligence or 8+ years of experience with Signals Intelligence in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have: Experience with training management software, nationally recognized learning management systems, or e-learning content and platformsExperience in accredited training programs serving military, technical, or academic audiencesKnowledge of SIGINT requirements, technologies, methodologies, and best practicesAbility to engage and motivate diverse audiencesAbility to design and deliver effective training programs and materialsPossession of excellent communication and presentation skillsClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
