Your new role Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and based at our Gladstone Branch, we are looking for a Tradies, General Hand, Building Maintenance who is a good team player with a customer-centric attitude to join our team and support branch hire activities in the hire yard.
Duties include but are not limited to: Confident operation of large forklifts to load/unload materials and buildings.Prepare, clean and pack buildings to hire standards.Processing paperwork of the installation & return of hire assets via the operations construction process.Stock takes of assets as required.Ensure all customer requests for service are handled promptly and in a professional manner.Prepare hire buildings for transit.Unpack and test run/clean ancillaries when buildings are returned from hire.What you will bring to the role: Experience in maintenance and repair of building structures (desirable).Large forklift experience and a forklift license.Open Driver's license.White Card.Excellent customer focus with a professional phone manner and presentation.Solid attention to detail and numeric skills.Strong communication skills with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Great interpersonal skills and a solid team player with the ability to work autonomously.Why us At Ausco Modular, we recognise there is so much more to our people than work, so we have programs in place including flexible working to support you in realising your full potential.
