This full-time position is a vital part of our operations team, responsible for managing our rostering needs and optimizing staffing levels. You will play a key role in scheduling shifts, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless support for our clients and staff. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional time management skills, and are eager to be part of a company that values employee wellbeing, this opportunity is for you!This full-time position requires that employees work across a rotating 7 day roster.What You'll Do:Answer calls from staff regarding scheduling queries and concerns.Reschedule and coordinate client visits based on operational needs.Create and publish employee rosters within required timeframes.Contact staff to fill in for unexpected absences.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Manage multiple tasks including calls, emails, and daily rostering duties.Address challenges swiftly and accurately, maintaining high standards.Your Qualifications:Experience with rostering/scheduling systems is highly desirable, but not essential.Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a call center, is preferred.Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.A proactive approach and strong initiative.A professional, positive, and can-do attitude.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join Us?At Pop Up Health, we foster a workplace that values diversity, innovation, and a commitment to service excellence.
