About Us: Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) plays a crucial role in the Department of Justice and Community Safety by managing the enforcement and administration of infringement and court fines across the state. ESS forms part of Civil and Enforcement Services which sits within the Courts, Civil and Criminal Law division.
About the Role: The Operations Team Lead will work directly within ESS, contributing to its vital role in shaping the future of enforcement and support services in Victoria.
The role involves:
Leading and managing the operational service team and delivery requirements against key performance indicators.Collaborating and providing specialist advice to stakeholders to achieve strategic and business plan goals.Identifying and advocating innovative solutions to resolve complex issues impacting FV operations.About You: As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
Demonstrated experience providing professional, technical or specialist advice based on knowledge of Infringements Act 2006 and Fines Reform Act 2014.Demonstrated experience leading teams in a legislative or similar environment.Demonstrated capacity to lead teams and apply legislation, procedures, and guidelines to decision making.Qualifications: A relevant tertiary degree or other qualifications in business or leadership or commensurate relevant experience is desirable.How to Apply: The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include national police checks and misconduct screening.
