Operations Tax, Senior Associate
Who we are looking for Custody Tax team handles client documentations for availing tax reliefs or to process tax reclaim that withheld at source of dividend/interest payments.
What you will be responsible for Your key responsibilities:

Collect and analyze tax information and documentation provided from client
Support onboarding of new clients for custody tax related processes
Update tax database allowing correct fiscal treatment according to applicable client residence, status and sub-custodians procedures
Provide clients with regular market updates and tax filing status
Manage fiscal documentation required for relief-at-source and monitor the application status
Collaborate with internal counterpart in EMEA and North America to collect tax information and resolve client enquiry
Perform daily controls on team activity as per existing SOP and checklists to ensure priorities have been respected and tasks have been properly performed.

What we value Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in custody operation or tax administration
Sound Knowledge about Custody Operations, Tax Relief at source and Reclaim
Fluency in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changes
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational skills.
