Role Overview
The Access Aged Care team is seeking a part-time Operations Support Specialist to report to the AAC Operations Manager. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the operations team by leading through example and offering guidance, support, and technical expertise. Based at our Dingley Village offices, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for those in need. We are committed to hard work and celebrating each other's successes in this growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Script request Management which involves email sorting, prioritising, and responding to such requests Ownership of Scripts Inbox Liaising with Pharmacies, Doctors, and admin staff in relation to script queries Filtering and Sorting the Owing reports from pharmacies Nurse equipment distribution Main point of contact for nurses looking for new or replacement stock Managing and maintaining uniform stock Creation of name tags for new nurses Data Entry tasks Ad hoc duties as required
Key selection criteria
Effective communication skills via all relevant channels including electronic messaging, email and phone. Efficient communication skills to communicate with operational support team. Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team environment Demonstrated rapport building skills with participants Ability to use general administration software
Skills & Experience
Similar role experience ensuring individual health needs are met Organisation and time management skills. Relationship-building and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computer usage.
