About Role The Operational Support Officer for our Humanitarian and Settlement programs will provide high quality operational and administrative services to support the Heads of and their respective leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities Anticipate, organise and coordinate workflow through email and diary management, prepare and manage all correspondence, meetings, take minutes at key meetings and liaison with all SSI offices.Coordinate media and speaking engagements by managing enquiries, invitations and liaising with Marketing and Communications staff to prioritise opportunities and make recommendations to the leaders.Draft and prepare correspondence, collate relevant reports, papers and materials, prepare high level PowerPoint presentations, speeches and undertake research to support meetings and speaking engagements.Manage multiple projects through to completion using project management principles and practices to meet stakeholder expectations and project timelines.Work constructively in alignment with SSI's values.
Comply with all SSI's policies and procedures and statutory obligations, occupational health and safety, child protection and equal employment opportunity initiatives to contribute to a safe, healthy, equitable and ethical workplace.About You We are seeking a skilled Personal or Executive Assistant with strong project management capabilities to join our purpose-driven organization.
