Operations Support Officer

TP Human Capital is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to join our client's team for a 6-month contract. This immediate-start role is perfect for a professional with experience in logistics, administration, and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of purchased feedstock transactions for domestic and international suppliers.Confirm contract terms, product origins, and compliance with import regulations.Liaise with suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and logistics personnel to facilitate seamless import and delivery processes.Maintain accurate records of weights, assays, and invoices in accordance with contractual requirements.Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including multi-currency transactions.Utilise advanced MS Excel and ERP systems like SAP/COUPA to manage administrative tasks.What You'll Bring: Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and error-spotting skills.Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks across varying timelines.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with complex calculations and financial transactions.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments and handles changing requirements effectively.Team Spirit: Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed.Applications: To apply for this position please click "Easy Apply" Seniority levelMid-Senior level
