About The Role The Operations Support Officer provides support to Operations & Assessment and works closely with the Head of Quality to implement quality systems and drive continual improvement of processes that exceed the needs of Engineers Australia and its key stakeholder groups. The location of this role is flexible.

In This Role You Will Implement quality spot checks using best practices from the Quality framework.Set up internal quality control reporting for various assessment pathways and provide recommendations to improve assessment quality.Conduct retrospective audits of assessments against standardized quality criteria and address systemic issues using operational data.Reporting and data analysis on assessment process.Establish ongoing measurement, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms for performance against quality criteria across all assessment pathways.Hands-on experience on Process improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Here Is What We Are Looking For Experience in developing, managing and improving quality management frameworks and systems.Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI.Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably an engineering qualification.Experience in developing and implementing controlled quality control templates for procedures, checklists and forms.Excellent knowledge of quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement principles.Experience in data analysis, process assessments & business process re-engineering.Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.Experienced and comfortable working with stakeholders, internal and external, at all levels of business.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and short deadlines.Experience in managing multiple priorities and producing high-quality work within timeframes.Ability to design complex documents, databases and spreadsheets.
