Operations Support Officer - Home Care

ARRCS Home Care team are actively sourcing an Operations Support Officer to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term contract of 12 months. This busy and rewarding role will see you providing day-to-day administration support ensure the workflow of the Home Care operations team is prompt, efficient and accurate. In addition, you will gain training and provide support in key areas including Rostering and Scheduling and Account management to provide direct support at times of staff absences or busy periods.
As the successful candidate, you will have a proactive approach and a willingness to learn. You will demonstrate through your resume previous experience in an administrative role and ideally have prior experience in rostering or scheduling. You will be a self-starter who enjoys working in an autonomous role.

Annual salary of $60,000 - $72,000 dependent on skills and experience 4 Weeks Annual Leave Salary Packaging through CBB (Approx. an additional $200 extra per fortnight in your bank!) Access to 70,000 Training and Development Courses through our Learning Platform Benestar Employee Wellbeing & Emotional Support Skills & experience To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
Demonstrate previous work experience in an administrative capacity with preference to rostering and scheduling. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload. Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment. Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications. Confidence with smart phone and digital devices. Ability to commit to working hours of Monday – Friday – 8am-4.30pm, based in our Tiwi Office. Maturity to work autonomously with at times, minimal supervision.
