As an Operations Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our systems, processes, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Reporting to the Business Systems and Operations Manager (BSOM), you'll collaborate closely with our Business Systems Advisor and Operations, Asset, and Communications Coordinator to provide essential support across a variety of areas.
What You'll Do:

Act as the go-to person for managing service requests and task-related tickets, ensuring seamless workflow and timely solutions.
Support business and ICT systems, helping to develop procedures, maintain a well-organised knowledge base, and assist team members.
Oversee fleet management and maintenance coordination, working with contractors to ensure safety, reliability, and functionality across Casa's properties.
Play a key role in supporting operations, providing hands-on assistance wherever it's needed to keep everything running at its best.

Certificate III in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience in operations, administration, or ICT support.
Strong organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and keep processes running smoothly.
Problem-solving abilities: A proactive mindset to identify issues and find practical, efficient solutions.
Excellent communication skills: Clear and confident communication with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
Technical confidence: Comfort with ICT systems, digital tools, and learning new technologies to support operations.
Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, from managing requests to coordinating maintenance.
Valid Driver's License, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Police Clearance.
