Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Manage a small customer service team providing an escalation point for any supplier related issuesManage the fresh services portal, creating relevant reports to operationsLead operations WIPS with suppliersPlan and prepare for upcoming peak eventsAssist with tender support and lead procurement mobilisation for new sites/clientsSupport operation entities and category managers with onboarding of new suppliersDrive efficiency and seek continuous improvement opportunities through creative thinkingDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills & Experience: Strong operational management background, within F&B highly regardedOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to train, develop and upskill team in relationship and resolution managementBusiness acumen, commercially minded, financial management skillsProcurement knowledge or experience an advantage with key influencing skillsFlexibility and resourcefulnessWho We Are: Cater Care is a contract catering service provider that is 100% Australian owned and operated.
