Our National Company is a leading provider in the area of cleaning services to high profile retail companies in Australia.
An exciting position has become available for an energetic, highly focused, proactive and professional Operations Support Manager. This role is both challenging and fast-paced, so the need for someone dynamic and passionate is paramount!
Who we're looking for: You are organised and responsive, tech-savvy, love managing and developing relationships with your clients and colleagues, and dive headfirst into problem-solving when an issue arises. You have experience managing 40+ people of diverse backgrounds and have worked extensively in operational roles.
You enjoy auditing because you thrive off successful reports; however, you also have the patience and management skills required when auditing reports don't meet standards. You enjoy being on the road and can manage a busy email inbox!
You are honest, a great communicator, emotionally adept, reliable, and most importantly – flexible. No two days are the same!
About the role: As a senior member of staff, you will be a 2IC and support person for the General Manager in managing operations of the company. This includes ensuring that a high standard of work is being consistently delivered.
More about the role: Support and assist the General Manager in all operational matters.Manage all staff and ensure that they are meeting all KPIs.Manage Client-Company relationships with a focus on promoting the company brand positively at all times. Ensure that operational staff are maintaining a consistently good standard at all contracts.Provide leadership to client's Contractors with a focus on Coaching and Communication.Hold monthly meetings with client's contractors.Meet with Site Contract Manager during any on-site visit.Document all meetings and address actions in a timely manner.Conduct One-on-One meetings with all direct reports on a weekly basis.Assist in the development of Subordinate Area Managers and other Team Members.This role will be both office-based and on the road, 2-3 times per week in the office and 2-3 times per week on the road; interstate travel will also be a requirement.If you think this role is for you and you want to find out more about it, apply with your resume today!
