Day-to-day, you'll:
Review systems and reports to optimise purchasing and inventory practices.Source high-quality materials from the best suppliers, balancing cost and lead times.Prepare and manage purchase orders while tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.Maintain strong supplier relationships through regular meetings and performance reviews.Put your negotiation techniques into practice.Monitor and manage inventory levels, leveraging forecasts and buffer strategies to minimise stockouts.Conduct rolling stocktakes and implement a Kanban board for factory-wide material updates.What We're Looking ForYou're an organised team player who loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
