FedEx Express are looking for experienced Operations Support Agent to join our Albury team!
About the role: The duties of the role are varied but vital as it enables us to deliver on our customer service promises day in and day out. Enjoy the office environment whilst also being able to keep fit assisting with some warehouse duties.
Your Specific Tasks: Freight sortation and movementAssisting with screening of freightSafely manage and internally move all the consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely mannerAdministrative duties such as data entry, dealing with customs, scanning and filing paperworkCo-ordinate conferences, meetings and training sessions liaising with relevant management and staffDeliver and pick-up consignments and cover a run when required by businessControl Agent & Outside Hire Administration, taking responsibility for maintaining all compliance & inquiriesReport on weekly Service Quality KPI'sEnsure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clientsAssist the Local management team in the preparation & distribution of documents and reportsMaintain, monitor, and create forms and register for document controlEnsure compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods and Environmental legislationAttributes/Competencies: Attention to detailAnalysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomyAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesEnthusiastic, motivated, and determinedEnjoys the versatility of office and warehouse workPreferred experience: Transport Industry experience advantageousBasic track and trace experience advantageousAdvanced computer skills especially in MS Office (Excel - generating and running reports)Experience working in similar administration roleThe Philosophy: People-Service-Profit (P-S-P).
