In the capacity of the Operations Support Administrator, you are responsible for delivering essential administrative support across the Warehousing, Logistics, Retail Development and Procurement processes. Maintaining BSR's Customer Service standards, financial risk, compliance and procedures framework and the administrative functions of the Operations business unit.
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Development you will work with Head Office Staff, Corporate and Franchise Store Staff, Suppliers, Key stakeholders and Third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations teamPrepare, format and edit documents, reports, presentationsMonitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in generating reportsIdentify opportunities for process improvementsPreparation of picking, packing and shipping documents, processing of store orders, invoicing and run sheets for central warehousesProcess, validate and review warranty claims from customers, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurateManaging the administrative functions of the operations teamAssist with Building services coordination and managementCoordinate with various departments to ensure operational tasks are completed efficientlySkills Required: Proven successful experience as an operational support administrator Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with operations management softwareExperience with Project Coordination / PM AdminStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated with a positive and proactive approach.Strong analytical and lateral thinking skillsEffective problem-solving skills and proactive approach to task managementAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentialityTeam player but can also work independently
