WesTrac's Perth Branch Operations are looking for an engaging Operations Support Admin Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Operations Support Admin Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing various administrative functions and coordinating maintenance and auditing activities at the Perth Branch facility. This includes serving as the main point of contact for facility-related matters, scheduling and coordinating facility visitors, events, managing audits and compliance with ISO 9001, and hosting internal and external audits.
Additionally, the role involves leading and developing the Service administrative support team, handling office management duties, coordinating corporate events, conducting recruitment and onboarding activities, training team members, ensuring performance and value discussions, maintaining customer service standards, managing task assignments, and facilitating inductions for contractors and internal personnel. The Service Administration Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and adherence to established processes and standards within the branch.
Location: Reid Road in the Airport South Precinct
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8 hours
To be successful you will need: Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years' experience working in a similar level influencing roleLeadership skills incorporating team building and the ability to energise a team to work together towards achieving set team goalsExperience with audits and audit managementHigh attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiativesAdvanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectivesExcellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbalExcellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholdersHighly developed administrative skills with advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet-based applicationsAbility to work successfully within a team and autonomouslyYou will be an excellent communicator, team player, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work and have a focus on providing quality customer service.
