In this role, you willco-ordinate grain operations and resources within the Dooen site toachieve high levels of safety, quality, efficiency and customerservice. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this role hasoperational responsibility for all storage and handling functions,including staff and systems performance. This is a hands-on rolethat requires strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solvingabilities, and a passion for delivering results. Duties Supervise and coordinate grain receival, storage, packing,cleaning and outloading. Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance andsupport to achieve production targets. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures tomaintain a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements asper operational requirements. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities toensure optimal performance and maintenance. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersto facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of grain transactions, qualityassessments, and operational reports. Proven experience in frontline management. Relevant operational experience, preferably gained in abulk grain handling environment. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with theability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce. Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communicationskills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritisetasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
