ABOUT THE ROLE The primary purpose of the Site Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision of yard and warehouse personnelEnsuring compliance of all proceduresCoordination of trucks, cranes and other vehicles or equipment through the facilityMonitor and document containers going on and off Marine VesselsCreating IMDG declarations and documentsSupervise the loading and unloading of offshore containers, freight and specialist equipmentLoad restraint complianceInspection and maintenance of containers, slings and lifting equipmentHousekeeping of warehouse and designated port areaQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience or relevant Production Supply Base experienceHigh risk forklift licenseKnowledge and understanding of applicable legislation relating to load restraintsDemonstrated experience completing IMDG documentationDemonstrated experience handling dangerous goodsAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolutionAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentMinimum Certificate III qualifications in warehousing, storage, transport and logisticsHigh risk Dogman licenseCertificate IV in LogisticsWhy QUBE?
