Operations Supervisor - Premium Experience

THE POSITION Oversee day-of-event operations and staff, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the event plan and schedule whilst supervising a large team of event staff Collaborate with event managers and other departments to ensure alignment of operational needs with event objectives. Assist with post-event reporting and documentation of operational successes and challenges THE PERSON Experience in event operations, event coordination, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to manage logistics and teams. Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles within event operations is a plus. Excellent communication and IT Skills Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
