We are looking for dedicated, resilient and committed leaders to support and lead our Perth operation, as Cargo Service Delivery Supervisor supporting our Cargo Operation!
This role will be a 24/7 rotation, between three supervisors that will oversee and support the Perth Cargo Operation (Office and Warehouse).

The Cargo Supervisor is responsible for the operational management of the cargo warehouse facility and administrative tasks supporting all key functions of the business including warehouse, office, and supporting our clients.
This is to ensure an efficient and effective service, meeting and exceeding the company's and our clients' expectations.
The Cargo Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business issues and competing demands within an environment of sensitivities, constraints, and competing stakeholder priorities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver a customer-centric cargo operation including the supervision, organisation, and coordination of all work areas during an operational shift;On-the-job team coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence;Ensure the efficient and effective allocation of resources to deliver operational requirements and meet Service Level Agreements;Deliver to and monitor business processes and standard operating procedures ensuring compliance to industry standards, legislation, and dnata Airport Services' policy and procedure;Provide quality metrics and reporting on critical business issues;Reinforce a positive safety culture within the team focused on awareness and vigilance.OH & S RESPONSIBILITIESCompliance with the dnata Safety and Environment Policies;Compliance with legislative Health & Safety requirements;Develop and maintain a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance;Conduct work in accordance with dnata's Health & Safety Management System;Follow all safety work procedures, adhering to all safety guidelines provided;Participate in emergency drills and/or evacuations.ESSENTIAL CRITERIADemonstrated leadership experience and a commitment to driving a customer-centric service culture within the team;Good communication skills both written and oral and negotiation skills;High level of computer literacy;Previous experience in a highly controlled and regulated industry with the ability to lead, translate, implement and manage ongoing compliance, industry standards, and legislative requirements into standard operations;Understanding of financial and budget processes and ability to drive business improvement initiatives;Good knowledge and understanding of Hermes Cargo Operations System.DESIRABLE CRITERIAPrevious experience in or knowledge of airline industry principles and procedures;Knowledge of all aspects of cargo handling and warehouse. #J-18808-Ljbffr
