About The RoleThis role reports to the Operations Superintendent and focuses on the planning and management of daily operations including vessel communications and loading, rail unloading operations, plant control, and operational resource management.In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a one team culture that strives to deliver business outcomes related to health, safety and environmental responsibilities, operational excellence, community engagement, continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery for our customers.Port Waratah operates continuously to meet its customers' service delivery needs. Operations Supervisors work two types of rosters: 7-day continuous: 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off, rotating 12.5-hour shifts.Day work: 4 days a week, 10.5-hour shifts (Monday - Thursday only).The current vacancy is for a position on the 7-day continuous roster.
