AIRWAY is seeking a sharp, organised Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic, friendly team at our Darwin facility.
This is a rare opportunity for someone seeking to further develop their career in logistics and take on a leadership role. We are seeking a hands-on individual who can lead by example and ensure staff are appropriately trained and supported to effectively execute their roles. This role will also be responsible for organising, overseeing and the completion of loading air/sea containers for export, as well as many other tasks including specialised horticulture treatment and handling.
We will be looking for candidates who have demonstrated strong leadership skills, have a high attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.

The RoleYour primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
