Dragonfly is hiring for both AM and PM Operations Supervisor roles for our delivery hub in Sydney. These are permanent full-time roles with a fixed 7-day fortnight roster: (AM) 4:30 AM - 3:30 PM or (PM) 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Roster: Wednesday to Saturday (Week 1) and Thursday to Saturday (Week 2).

Now, you're probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position? Reporting to the Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to parcel returns, driver booking, optimization of routes, and monitoring of existing processes and procedures;Maintain safety & security of the premises & people;In collaboration with the Station Manager, participate in the development of processes and procedures;Real-time tracking of deliveries and, if necessary, find practical solutions to ensure they are on time and properly delivered;Ensure safe working methods at all times;Keep accurate and thorough notes in daily log books;Develop and maintain solid working relationships with employees and Delivery Partners;Provide ongoing support, coaching & leadership to all team members;Respond to urgent matters as required;Implement training or action plans when required;Maintain a professional & high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
